The Power of "NOW"

Might be easy to understand, but part of implementation?

Many of us have come across this book “The Power of NOW”, I’m one among them. With a smooth guiding to understand yourself, your emotions and your presence every moment.

But, what's the big deal about this!?

When you do something new there must be change in you or around you, can be a big change or a tiny one ( only you can see through it ). But there must be any learning, outcomes, from that. But in this case, ……………….!

Why it is hard to just think about now? For someone like me, who lives constantly in an imaginary world, not drifting into the future feels nearly impossible. It’s become a bedtime routine, those soft, silent moments where I imagine a life shaped perfectly to my dreams. How do I stop those beautiful “memories” of the future from flooding my mind when they feel more real than the present?

I know it’s not the healthiest practice to live in an “impossible” future ( பகல் கனவு / pagal kanavu)… but isn’t that what pushes us to dream, to set goals, to build a life worth living? Maybe… it’s only when we get too attached to those dreams that we lose touch with now.

Am I the only one who spends a little too much time in an imaginary world?
